Abstract

This marine biology documentary is aimed at naturalists, aquarists, and aquarium specialists who maintain marine reef aquariums and is intended to showcase and identify reef marine species in their natural environment. The documentary follows a structure based on fish families and presents photographs and video sequences of each species, taken in the Indian Ocean over several years and across various locations. This zonation study reveals the immense biodiversity that can be found in its waters. In “INDIAN OCEAN I”, we will closely observe fish from the families Acanthuridae, Antennariidae, Apogoniidae, Atheriniidae, Aulostomidae, Balistidae, Blenniidae, Bothidae, Caesionidae, Carangidae, Centriscidae, and Chaetodontidae.
